From JR New Chitose Airport Station located on the B1 floor, take a train to Sapporo. Once in Sapporo, catch an express train to Takikawa and at JR Takikawa Station, change to a Furano bound local train. Direct express service from New Chitose Airport Sta. to Takikawa Sta. is occasionally available. One-way train the journey takes approximately 2 and a half hours.

Furano Bus Co. runs the "Lavender Go" bus service 8 times a day connecting JR Asahikawa Station with Asahikawa Airport and JR Furano Station. Lavender Go passes by most major hotels and pensions in Furano before terminating at New Furano Prince Hotel. The journey takes 1 hour. Direct shuttle buses link Asahikawa Airport with the Furano Ski Area from early December to early April.
